It goes without saying that opening a real estate office has many moving parts. This course provides a foundational blueprint of all of the elements involved in opening, managing and growing a real estate company. Topics include understanding key factors when opening a real estate office. How to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to yourself and local marketplace. Also identify and learn to set measurable goals plus develop a vision and mission statement for your business.

Cost: $150 for Primary and Secondary Board Members; $160 for MLS Only and Non-Members

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on January 15, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on January 15, 2025.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on January 15, 2025, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value by contacting LAAR or request a refund.
