Description

The Broker Responsibility course addresses TREC's perspective of the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Students will gain an understanding and working knowledge of the law of agency and planning and organization of business entities. Plus, they will learn the requirements for written policies and procedures, records retention and control, advertising. Lastly, participants will learn about the recruitment and training of agents, and the anatomy of a complaint filed with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on January 29, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on January 29, 2025.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on January 28, 2025, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course.

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value by contacting LAAR or request a refund.
