Description

This course is designed to provide step by step initiatives for the real estate professional to address the new consumer demands, advance their service model to build relationships that result in more sales and deliver a premier customer experience. The course learning objectives aim to provide the systems and initiatives that provide both tactical and organizational initiatives to ensure operational excellence that results in high productivity, profitability and providing high satisfaction to customers and clients.

Cost: $30 for Primary and Secondary Board Members; $35 for MLS Only and Non-Members 

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class, you must do so by 5:00pm, February 13, 2025. You must log into your account at LAARonline.org to cancel your registration or in writing by email to tonya@laaronline.org; phone calls will not suffice. 

Refund Policy: A refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if written notice is received by 5:00pm on February 13, 2025. No refunds will be given after 5:00pm on February 13, 2025. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you do not cancel by 5:00pm on February 13, 2025, you will still be responsible for your payment of this course. 

This course must have a minimum of 15 participants registered to make. If we do not reach 15 participants this course will be cancelled. Deadline is 5:00pm February 13, 2025. 

If this course is cancelled by LAAR, TR or Instructor, you will be able to reschedule for another course of the same value by contacting LAAR or request a refund.
